"My goal is to help you heal and discover you inner power through Holistic Healing"

My philosophy

The core of my philosophy is a holistic approach to wellness of body, mind and spirit. I believe in nurturing a physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, and energetic balance, allowing you to embark on a journey towards lasting health and well-being. I think we are all equal regardless of our background and everything is possible with an open mind, a little faith and actions through choices.

I use my wisdom and knowledge of Energy Medicine, Chinese Medicine, Massage Therapy, Somatic Trauma Therapy, Nutrition, Meditation and Breathwork to release chronic pain, trauma, limiting beliefs and repressed or supressed emotions that are negatively impacting your life.

I always plan and implement the treatment according to your personal needs, so you don’t have to think about which service would be best for you. However, you can always mention in the consultation if you want a specific treatment. All my services except massage, gua sha and cupping are possible remotely, regardless of your location. (I’m currently doing only remotely)

"Don’t be alone with your illness, join me on a transformative journey so that together WE can change the illness into wellness!"

The Connection Between Body, Mind & Spirit

We humans are so much more than just physical beings. Our body is made of cells, which are made of molecules, these in turn are made of atoms and atoms are energy that vibrate, rotate and radiate each in their own way, this makes us vibrating energy beings. We also have an invisible energetic system made of three components: meridians, chakras and biofield.

Our body, emotions, thoughts, beliefs and energy systems are all interconnected and when one of these is out of balance, it affects the others. We need to eat and breath healthy, go outside and get enough of sunlight and exercise to take care of our body, otherwise our nervous system and biofield will get weaker and the negative external influences will affect us physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually. Emotions, stress and traumas we supress or repress will disrupt our chakra system over time. These disturbances don’t just affect our emotional state, they will also contribute to physical symptoms. Our stress, emotions and traumas will also get stored in our body and more specifically in our fascia and this will lead to blockages in our meridians affecting us physically.

It’s essential to recognize the profound connection between emotions and our overall health. That’s why it’s important to find the root causes of the problems and not just try to hide the symptoms that our body is signaling to us. By doing this, we allow our body to participate in its natural healing process.

About meridians
Meridians are channels in our body where our vital energy flows. Meridians function as network travelling through fascia, much like a highway system that can be mapped out throughout the entire body. We have 12 principal meridians, which each connects with a specific organ and extends to an extremity and eight collaterals.
About chakras
Chakras are energy centers that connects our physical body and energetic body through our nervous system and emotions. We have 7 main chakras located along the spine, each of the chakras are associated with specific emotions, nerve bundles, organs and glands.
About biofield
Biofield is a large electromagnetic field of energy that surrounds our body and is working as a filter that protects us from negative energies, emotions and influences from the external environment. In the biofield we have the 4-body system that includes physical/etheric body, emotional body, mental body and spiritual body.

Trauma

Trauma is always personal, its our own experiences how we have felt and processed the situations, and no one can ever tell you otherwise. People will always react differently to different situations - your trauma may not be a trauma to someone else and vice versa, it all depends how our nervous system can process and regulate this experience.

About trauma
Trauma response can sometimes be unrecognized. A traumatic event doesn’t always have to happen specifically to you, it can be something you see, hear or also something you yourself have caused. A trauma doesn’t always have to be a serious accident or a horrific experience in the eyes of our society. Trauma is experienced when something comes at us too fast, too quick or too intense for us to respond. When this happens, our body will react one of these way: freezing, pleasing, fight or flight.

FAQ

What is healing?
Healing refers to the process of restoring health and well-being usually after experiencing illness, injury, or emotional distress. It involves the body's natural ability to repair and regenerate damaged tissues, as well as the mind's capacity to cope with and overcome emotional and psychological challenges. Our bodies are programmed to heal itself, but sometimes we need help to activate the recovery process. Healing can occur on multiple levels: physical, emotional, mental and spiritual.
What does a healer do?
Healers may use various methods, techniques, and approaches to address physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual imbalances, aiming to alleviate suffering and promote a sense of wholeness. A healer triggers your own ability to heal yourself and supports your healing process.
What does it mean to have purging symptoms after the healing session?
As a result of the treatment, the energetic blockages in the body begin to loosen and leave the body. The cleansing process can cause "purging symptoms". Purging symptoms are a sign that there are many blockages in the body that are being cleared. Purification symptoms may already appear during the treatment, but mostly within approx. 2 days of the treatment. In rare cases, symptoms may last for a week. You cannot know in advance who will develop symptoms.
How does the healing work?
Energy healing works with subtle forms of energy known as chi or prana that exist in and around the human body. It aims to help the flow of energy and remove blocks. The intention of Energy Healing is to balance your nervous and energy systems
How often it is recommended to take a treatment?
All people are recommended to visit at least once a month in some physical therapy treatment. If you have active symptoms the best is to start with at least three times serial visit and consult the practitioner how often the treatments should be. It is important to listen to your body and the healing process.
How can I book a distance healing session?
If you want a distance healing session, the easiest way is to send me an email to rami.besjoni@gmail.com. After that we can arrange a time for the treatment and you will get instructions. I will use a videocall part of the treatment.
